No, you can not manually add or remove products from a smart collection. Smart collections are dynamically generated based on predefined rules or criteria, such as product tags, types, or vendor information. The collection's contents are automatically updated based on these rules, ensuring that products meeting the criteria are included and those no longer meeting the criteria are removed.

However, you can remove the Collection column from the CSV file and include the required criteria. Alternatively, you can always create a new collection from scratch and then easily upload your CSV to it.
